He has over 25 years of experience leading extensive revenue and margin growth, developing sales strategies, and guiding sales teams to exceed targets in competitive markets. He emphasizes strong sales discipline while managing high-performing teams and achieving significant milestones through strategic planning, relationship management, data analysis, sales methodology, a servant-leader mentality, and a motivational approach.

Leveraging over two decades in the tech industry, his expertise in driving sales and evaluating sales teams and processes has contributed to a long track record of successful revenue attainment in SaaS/ARR environments. He currently serves on an 8-member Advisory Board at Goldman Sachs, where he evaluates disruptive technologies for acquisition and revenue potential. He also advises Fortune 500 clients on operational due diligence. His board responsibilities include Voice of the Customer analysis, business strategy, and assessing whether sales and marketing teams are capable of achieving post-acquisition revenue targets.
