John W. Sanders - Board Member

John Sanders is a seven-time CFO with a proven track record of 50+ acquisitions, mergers, and exits ranging from $3 million to $25 billion. From 1996 to 1999, he played a key role in European ventures financed by Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Rabobank. His responsibilities involved identifying acquisition targets and conducting thorough due diligence to ensure success. The venture initially spanned Germany, Netherlands, and Poland, later expanding into Eastern Europe and generating a remarkable 800% ROI in the first year. Furthermore, his wide range of experience includes display advertising and business dealings with Disney and Fox Corp.

Noteworthy exits include Houdaille Industries for $350 million (equivalent to $605 million today) in 1998, and JP Stevens for $1.2 billion (equivalent to $2.2 billion today) in 1999. Later, he joined Revman International, rescuing it from bankruptcy and facilitating its sale to a strategic buyer for $18 million. Revman held licensing rights to globally recognized brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Ashley HomeGoods. Before John joined the board, the company was losing $20 million annually due to fraud. During the turnaround, he collaborated directly with Tommy Hilfiger himself.
