Mr. Berstein is a trusted legal executive with over 20 years of experience leading mergers and acquisitions from both legal and corporate perspectives. A former partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, he has advised and executed deals across fintech, automotive, capital markets, and sports industries, including notable M&A work with companies such as Cox Media Group.

Throughout his career, Mr. Berstein has held numerous leadership positions, including Chairman, CEO, COO, CFO, CLO, CCO, and General Counsel across various start-ups and small to mid-sized enterprises. His specialized understanding of corporate governance, deal structuring, and operational strategy has made him a trusted leader in complex growth environments.

He holds both an MBA and international legal degrees, and is fluent in seven languages, bringing a global perspective and cross-cultural fluency to his business and legal engagements.
