She has held senior leadership roles overseeing legal, operations, and human resources functions, guiding organizations through growth, innovation, and transformation.

Her background includes executive positions at innovative life sciences and technology companies, as well as over a decade of international legal leadership experience with a global agribusiness.

Ms. Westby holds a B.A. in Classics, Psychology, and Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College, and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
